Lurker: But you have to be careful. There's a limit to how much bitching you can do about taste before sounding like whining asshole. I've seen you make some complaints about old men here and there, which is just unnecessary. Also you're kind of a dick. Whenever you think Darwin draws characters with dull expressions, you tend to be sarcastic. If you're gonna express your distaste, at least do it with critiques about the art and details, or with a compliment about something you do like in the picture. The artists already have their hands tied catering to those who support them financially. One of the last things they need is people crying about taste, whether it be from members or not. If you really want to support the artists while not paying, don't post biased complaints. It just sounds like a grown man crying like a child. Such impatience makes people like me cringe, even if we share the same taste/distaste.

Celto: I didn't mention a certain timeframe did I? No. I'm just saying that every beach image usually has the girls with tans. And I'll say it once again. I AM a member. Have been twice before but this time I'm not renewing my subscription until the situation with the less fortunate Pixxx sites (One Piece, Fairy Tail) get sorted. And another thing. The artists have made it perfectly clear that criticism is welcomed by anyone, be it a member or non-member. So my opinion is perfectly valid, wheather anyone asked for it or not. Deal with it. The only thing that makes you members different from the non-members is that you get access to the high res versions of the images. Apart from that, we're all supporting the artists.

Celto: Just a little thought, but because you and Lexus use a higher resolution than what Ellery did for the images, it might help to make the lines slightly thicker in places to compensate. This one looks good visually, it's colorful and all but the lines look too thin I think. Good work though, Joe. Keep it up.

joe: Hmmm. Now that you mentioned it, I can address that to our admin/coders to be checked to see if it is working the way it should be. Though I do not see the point of anyone voting multiple times for a picture. Logging in multiple times just to vote one picture is very tedious especially if the vote reached like over 200 and beyond. I just don't see the point of it. But still, it could be a lag time in the server or some such. We'll have it checked. I think this vote system should be replaced by something like a "Like" button instead. It just seems more appropriate, IMO.

joe: Funny you said that. The Yoruichi beach image was also inked using Manga Studio and was the actual first time I inked using that software. Though it was a different pen type I used. One thing I liked about MS is that it's tool settings are already set to emulate traditional tools from the get go without much tweaking. Sai's tools needed a bit of tweaking to get stuff right, but they're both great softwares to use. At some point I'll start looking into Clip Studio as well.
