  • Hinamori: and before anyone starts talking about her great grandfather being a nazi, it's not like he had a choice. he was a member of the german army and when hitler became the fuhrer it was pretty much join him or you family suffers. but he did flee to russia (siberia i believe) to escape that. he stayed there until 10 years after the war ended, then returned to germany. i actually met him and talked to him a year or so before he died and he actually was a very friendly guy
